Placing an Order using eORDER Web & Mobile Application.
Website: Open e-order.ae in your browser. Select Your Delivery Location. Explore wide range of categories & services. Add your products or services in the basket. Select Checkout after adding all products & services in the basket. Choose your preferred payment method. Confirm Order after payment details. Track real-time live location of your Order. Receive your Order & enjoy your day.

How to Sign up on eORDER?
Website: When you open eORDER website you can find the “Sign In” option on the top right corner of our home page. After Selecting the “Sign In” option you will see “New to eORDER? Sign up”. Select “Sign Up” option and enter all the mandatory information requested to create and account and you are ready to place your order.
Mobile App: When you open eORDER app you can find the “Log In” screen on the top section of our app. Select “Log In” option, you will then find “Create an Account” option. Select “Create an Account” and all enter the mandatory information requested to create and account and you are ready to place your order.
How to Sign In on eORDER?
Website: When you open eORDER website you can find the “Sign In” option on the top right corner of our home page. Click in the Sign In option and enter your registered mobile number & enter your account password and select “Log In”.
Mobile App: When you open eORDER app you can find the “Log In” screen on the top section of our app. Enter your registered mobile number & enter your account password and select “Log In”.
What kinds of payment options does eORDER provide for customers?
We offer multiple payment options like Cash on Delivery, Credit & Debit Card Payment, Pay in Installments. Customers can choose their preferred payment method.
Does eORDER have promotional offers?
Yes, promotional offers are given by both our Vendors & eORDER to benefit our customers.
After Placing an order when will I receive my order?
When you place an order our partner vendor will receive the order notification and accepts the order. Our rider will be deployed to pick your order. Once the order is picked you can track the real time live location of your order until its delivered to you.
On an Average it takes 35 min to deliver the order however considering the traffic conditions it might vary 5-10 min to deliver your order.
How will I know if my order is in process?
When the order is accepted by our partner vendor you will receive an Push notification and an email on your order status to keep you informed of your order.
Is there an option to re-order my past orders?
Yes, you can select the “Orders” menu at the bottom of your mobile screen and select the order to be re-ordered. Once you select the order choose the payment method and confirm your order.
I have placed an order and I want to cancel my order and place a new one, how do I Cancel?
Please select the “Orders” menu at the bottom of your mobile screen and select the order to be cancelled. “Cancel” option will be displayed on the top of your screen, you can selcect “Cancel” an choose the reason for cancellation and submit the cancellation.
If the order is accepted by our partner vendor your order cannot be cancelled.
Will I be charged for the cancelled order?
If the order is NOT accepted by our partner vendor and the order is cancelled, we will not charge you and cancellation fees.
If the order is ACCEPTED by our partner vendor and you want to cancel the order, in this scenario 100% of the order value will be charged to your account.
I have concerns with my order, how do I raise my concern?

What happens if the products & services are not available or out of stock after I place my order?
When one or more of the products or services are not available our vendor will raise a replacement product or service from their system for you to choose from. You can either accept the replacement or reject the replacement product or services. Based on your selection the order will be fulfilled by eORDER.
You will be notified of the replacement product via Push Notification & registered email address.
How can I get a cancelled order refund for payments done using Debit or Credit Card? How many days will it take?
When an order is cancelled and the payment is done through Debit or Credit Card you will have to notify us immediately via info@eorder247.com & WhatsApp Support +971542171004. Once we get notified, we will initiate the refund process.
We have 2 refund processing methods:
1. Refund to the debit or credit card used to order – This might take up to 14 working days to show in your account.
2. Refund to “wallet” in your app. – This process will take 10 min, refund amount will be shown in your app wallet. You can use the full refund amount without any restrictions or validity.
Is there an option to give rating & write a review of the store where I ordered from?
Yes, customers can express their likes and dislikes and write their feedback of their experience. Customer Review popup will be displaced on your app home screen to express your feedback.
What is use of “wallet” in eORDER?
eORDER welcomes new customers with AED 100 credit which the customers can use when placing their order. This credit is shown in the “wallet” option. This promotional credit has a validity of 90 days from the date of registration. After 90 days the promotional AED 100 will be automatically become ZERO if unused.
The “wallet” option also shows the refund amount from cancelled orders and can be used to place future order. This refund amount doesn’t have any validity and can be used anytime.
How does Invite your Family & Friends work?
You can get rewarded when your family and friends accept & register on eORDER application using your “Referral Code”.
You will get the reward when your family and friends have placed their 1st successful order.
The rewarded amount can be verified in your “wallet” option in the Account menu.
